Service Description

This family yoga class is for parents and children to come together. Children aged 2-15 are welcome to particate in yoga with you. Children aged 16+ are still able to come but will be classed as an adult so please message Jade with details on how to pay for this.   If you have a child under the age of 2 that you would like to bring, please reach out to Jade to discuss before booking.   Dexter the Cockapoo...AKA Inner Lifetimes mascot will be partaking in the class also, so will be around to cuddle and kiss your little ones. If your know your child is scared of dogs, allergic, or is likely to try to hurt Dexter (pulling his tail for instance) please let Jade know. Adjustments can be made to accommodate this (some classes he can opt out of for instance).   Classes will include variations of: ⭐Mindfulness ⭐ Breathwork ⭐Yoga Poses ⭐ Yoga Games ⭐ Restorative yoga ⭐ Tibetan healing bowls - options for children to participate.   Price includes 1 x adult and 1 x child. Please pay for any additional children (if you wish to bring 2 or more) via the separate link below and let Jade know of the ages . Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule we would ask you to allow Inner Lifetime a minimum of 12 hours' notice. No Show to a class will be charged £5.00
