1.    Member Benefits
•    Unlimited access to all online classes or online and in person classes.
•    No long-term tie in – rolling monthly contract.

2.    Membership Payment
•    This membership is £35 / £60 per month  and will be taken directly from the account details you have provided.
•    If payment is not received by the next month cut off, the membership will be frozen with immediate effect, removing ability to book further classes.

3.    Restrictions
The Member agrees that they will not:
•    Share their login details with anyone else.
•    Reproduce or repurpose any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with anyone else.
•    Post inappropriate, inaccurate, or offensive content to membership forums and discussions

4.    Liability
•    The Member will not hold Inner Lifetime liable for any tangible or intangible damage or injuries that might happen to them while participating in any Inner Lifetime activities.
•    The Member agrees that Inner Lifetime cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices.

5.    Privacy
•    Inner Lifetime will not share any contact, personal information about the Member with anyone else without express permission. No images of Members will be captured without prior express permission. Members will not capture any images (or recordings of any kind) or Inner Lifetime premises, employees, or other Inner Lifetime patrons.

6.    Class Cancellation
•    The Member agrees to cancel any classes within the 12 hour cancellation period. Cancellation of a class inside 12 hour policy will result in a £5 charge.
•     While unforeseen, the membership factors in up to 2 days sick leave per month for Jade Canavan, who will inform of class cancellation no later than 12 hours before.

7.    Class Schedule and Holidays
•    Member accepts that the class schedule will be periodically reviewed and is subject to change.
•    The member enters this agreement understanding that some classes are weekly and others may only occur three weeks out of four.  The website will be maintained to show availability of all classes.
•    Membership rates have been put together to absorb 25 days of annual leave for Jade Canavan throughout the course of the year. The dates will be available on a header on the ‘Block Plans and Memberships’ page of the website. It is the members responsibility to organise their memberships around annual leave dates if they wish to change it at all. 
•    Unless otherwise instructed, the member accepts that there will be no classes on public bank holidays.

8.        Membership Termination
•    The Member can terminate their membership at any point ahead of their payment due date, for any reason, and will not be charged for their next billing cycle. 
•    Inner Lifetime has a right to terminate any membership, without notice, if any of the terms and the conditions of this agreement are violated.
